Animals are NOT OURS to do what we want to. I’m hoping this is a disaster for all the hunters!!!!
I'd prefer they offer gator permits. The estimated 1.3 million of them in Florida surely outnumber bears and pose much bigger hazard. Lived in Florida most of my long life, never seen bear in wild (in N.C., yes, many).
