BREAKING NEWS: Pam Bondi subpoenaed to testify before Congress about Epstein Files
Florida's former attorney general will be on the hot seat in April--if she shows up
The U.S. House of Representatives has dropped the hammer on Pam Bondi, subpoenaing her to testify on Capitol Hill about her involvement in the Epstein Files scandal.
Bondi is Florida’s former attorney general, elevated to the U.S. Attorney General’s slot by President Donald Trump. And in that role, she has been ordered by Congress to release the Epstein Files—the very files she once said she had right on top of her desk.
She failed to produce the files on time and has faced withering criticism regarding how the files have been heavily redacted, particularly how the FBI and the Justice Department, agencies she oversees, appear to have shielded Trump’s involvement with the convicted—and now deceased—sex predator Jeffrey Epstein and his accomplice in child molestation, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Today, Bondi received a letter from the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, demanding she submit to a deposition before the committee under oath.
Here’s the letter:
James Comer, a Republican from Kentucky and committee chair, signed the letter.
There is some question regarding whether Bondi will show up on April 14 as the subpoena demands.
According to the Washington Post:
If Bondi honors the subpoena, she would face committee members’ questions in a closed-door session that could turn contentious, given the volatile nature of the Epstein case and Bondi’s demonstrated willingness to engage lawmakers in verbal combat.
A Justice Department official, however, quickly dismissed the subpoena as pointless, declining to say whether the attorney general would comply.

She will either not show or not tell the truth which we can expect so when she’s caught lying, she needs to go down
If Blondie did testify, she would likely go the Ghibelline Maxwell route snd plead the 5th, since telling the truth would be so incriminating... I am not surprised that a convicted felon prez would have by his side, a corrupt, lying, subservient, cultist AG.
