R.I.P. and condolences for family members and friends of the late Senator. Unfortunately, the abandonment of his principles and his unapologetic U-turn towards Trump’s agenda will be what most folks will remember as his legacy.

Probably a blood clot (emboli) from his leg that happened on the flight. It got loose and went to a critical place, brain or heart.

When I heard the story, I immediately thought pulmonary embolism. I wonder if people who fly a lot, think about that possibility?
