If we can get reports from just about every corner of the world on top secret missions, why can't we get anything on Mitch McConnell's possible vegetative status?

Term-limits for elected officials of any age could benefit our local, state, and federal communities, especially for those candidates who quickly become forgetful of campaign promises after elected.

Strom Thurmond, Mitch McConnell, and Chuck Grassley are why there should be Term Limits on Senate and House members. They are so addicted to power that they won't leave until they die while in office. Mich McConnell has been MIA since June 14. If you or I took more than a week off from our jobs we would be fired, no severance pay, no good by party, no letter of recommendation, No thank you, No anything even if we had worked at our job for 50 years.

Can't remember the name, but I watched an interesting movie the other night.

A British writer had gained a considerable fan-following by writing books alleging the Holycaust had never happened. He went out of his way in his writings to especially malign a noted Jewish writer for what he labeled her extreme naivete and foolish gullability.

She sued him for libel in a British court, only to learn that under British law it was incumbent for her to prove he knew he was lying when he denied the Holycaust. No small tasking. I won't keep you in suspense. She was able to do so, and the denier was exposed and chagrined and lost much of his following after having to admit in open court he had lied.

I couldn't help but think of Trump, the election denier.

Does he really believe he won the 2020 election? One thing is for sure. He spews outrageous statements on a daily, if not hourly basis. He is incapable of accurately repeating the same statement twice. One day, it's thousands, then the next it's millions.

I follow him closely and have never heard him say he erred or that he was sorry. And I suspect I never will. If he is challenged, he will double-down, and then double-down the next day.

So, here's the question I would put to you. Is Trump a liar or insane?

I hope it's the former.
