Yes, there are several videos but none of these ‘show clearly’ and I doubt you own the hardware and software to do the frame by frame enhancement that the Washington Post can afford….who disagrees with you.

And forget the video analysis of the car….there is another video showing the shooting agent walking back to his truck without the slightest impairment of walking gait. So, even if the car touched him, that does not rise to any jury likely believing he was ‘in imminent path of death’ which is necessary for any ICE to use lethal force.

Either hire qualified agents or disband ICE. The current ICE agents are the terrorists and the administration is allowing them to act as terrorists. Our Congress must step up and stop Trump and his cruelty. And yes, the murderer of Renee needs to be arrested and pay the price for his murder of Renee Good.

He could have shot out a couple tires. There was no need to escalate to the violence of shooting into the car.

We need to be smart and wait. If the ICE agent who murdered Ms. Good in Minneapolis is indicted now in Minnesota State Courts, the Trump DOJ as the right under the Federal preemption clause to demand and require that the case be transferred to Federal Court. Then Trump and Bondi can dimiss the charges and pardon him. But if we wait three years until the Democrats are back in the White House and the DOJ is restored to its rightful independent place, this cannot happen. There is no statute of limitations on murder or manslaughter. So if we want to really put this guy behind bars for perhaps, the reset of his life, (he can share a cell with Derrick Chauven), we need to be patient.

I won't even lie. I've seen video from about 8 different angles and he's guilty AF.

I generally try to be a fair human being, but there was NO excuse here. Fuck ICE

I agree with you completely. The shooter SHOULD be arrested and tried. IF Renee had torn off his mask, there MAY have been an opportunity to right this wrong. Without knowing WHO he is, the chances are slim.

The Nazi regime he works for are sick and twisted. They probably patted him on the back and paid him a bump in his paycheck.

"WE THE PEOPLE" and our democratic government should NEVER have allowed masks to be worn by ICE. Any institution that hides the faces of their employees is in the WRONG.

THAT is the reality of our existence now. ALL American citizens should be aware of the situation we are living in presently. It's heartbreaking that Renee was made the example. I feel terrible for her kids and her family.

You are the one who is an idiot, hardened by your years in enforcement. ICE isn't the police. They hire anyone who will apply, no experience necessary. I don't understand how you can't see the difference.

Hootchy's avatar

Pro tip: dont obstruct federal law enforcement. You can get yourself into a stressful situation where you might panic and get your actions interpreted as violent threats.

Lisa Waddell's avatar

Yup, you send that murdering dumbass to jail, hopefully in general pop...and make SURE they know he's ICE. It'll solve itself pretty quickly, I suspect.

Can we all finally agree on a general strike now? Please?

I certainly agree a full unbiased investigation is needed, but you guys without frame by frame enhancement to establish your accusation also need to realize you have no more compelling evidence behind your opinion more so than anyone else here.

And since you claim law enforcement experience, you would certainly know that

Graham v. Connor established 35 years ago that police use of force must be evaluated FIRST considering the severity of the crime, threat posed, and resistance. If you guys want to play courtroom, then address the 3 condition above as well as what de-escalation measures the officers applied prior to grabbing the door handle. Once you clear those hurdles first, then you get to defend the actual moments of shooting.

You know, he could have followed ICE own rules and NOT GOTTEN IN FRONT OF HER VEHICLE. There was NOTHING about that stop that required lethal force, even if she DID try to leave. She didn't PANIC, she was shot in the head in the process of turning right and reflexively stepped on the gas. Very first shot took her out.

You want to see all of the evidence, you would do well to get the Minnesota police dept added back to the investigation. Withbdumbasses running the FBI, no one in their right mind is going to trust their judgment of ANYTHING.
