We all need to unite together and right the wrong that has been done to all of us. We are not blue or red, right or left. We are Americans who need to take back our democracy and vote those corrupt clowns out of office.

Trump tries to run America like a business, and he offers no oversight to the people he puts into various positions unless they mess up, then he takes action against them. The government is not a business; it exists to serve the needs of Americans. You're right when you say 1 vote in Congress could make the difference. But we need more than 1 person to join Congress. All 3 branches of the government are no longer working as they should be, and it's up to us to change it. Trump has indicated with his actions that he will do everything to stop Americans from voting in the midterms. We must overcome whatever he throws at us and vote. This could be the most important election we ever vote in. Please make your vote count.

Just a pedantic note from a self-proclaimed word nerd. You would be better served using the word clown-fest rather than clown fiesta. Fiesta infers fun, celebration and good times and is a nod to those of Hispanic origination. Fest on the other hand immediately conjures up thoughts of infestation, disgust and is to be avoided. That describes the disastrous mess the DOD is in as well as the entirely voluntary armed services. Scott is Trump in a better suit minus the showman bravado. Moody has sold out Floridians for a shot at the brass ring.

Totally get it. But, FYI, Clown Fiesta is a popular substitute for another phrase that uses the initials CF--Cluster F*** So when you see Clown Fiesta it really means the other expression. Not my idea, just struggling to keep up with popular culture...

Given the fact that both of Florida's senators have been directly involved in fraud (Scott with Medicare and Moody with Hope Florida) they have to bow their heads to Mr. Trump because he is the only thing preventing them from being investigated and going to jail. The Republican Party has gone from being "conservative" to being "criminal". I guess as long as they both start with the letter "C" it is okay.

As a Floridian by birth and a moderate Democrat, I have been quite disappointed with the elected government leaders over the past 16 years. Not only did they abandon the people of Florida for their rights, and profited themselves by filling their pockets by but they did a great job with the destruction of the environment. Allowing concrete to be a priority by over developing while decimating vital wetlands that clean our drinking water and absorb carbon in the atmosphere, promoting pollution driven algae blooms, killing off the sea grass and decimating all the marine life, and finishing the job by closing schools for students. They also stopped any green initiatives to address climate change which has really blossomed this summer! (heatwaves). Our state desperately needs a true leader who will support what Florida is all about. Corporate interests—ranging from utility giants like FP&L to powerful developers and oil companies that routinely bankroll Florida lawmakers to secure favorable policies that serve their interests not the people of Florida. We need to vote in good honest candidates that represent all the people of Florida. And also stop the growing antisemitism that has been a big problem in many communities.

Yeah, remember that thing called "Growth Management".

I just got off the phone with a supposed non-partisan pollster who was obviously a schill for Casey Askar, running for Congress in District 22. In a very poorly worded question, she asked how I felt about a string of filthy nonsense about the Dem, Pia Dandaya. I mention this as a warning to get ready to call bs. My sense is they will stop at nothing, no lie is too outrageous. Know the history and details about your candidates so you can refute every last lie.

I just want to point out that this entire circus full of clowns were elected by the misguided voters of America, especially including Florida. I have one phrase for all the MAGA crowd and those who went along with them: "MORE FOOL YOU!"

Next time you find yourself in close proximity to an election ballot, do not vote for anybody with an "R" next to their name. To quote from the 1998 film Practical Magic, "Ladies ... let's clean HOUSE!"

That goes for the guys, too!

I doubt most Floridians are smart enough to realize that anything is wrong with the federal government

I don't agree that Tulsi Gabbard should be included in the list of incompetent Cabinet misfits. Perhaps we were all disappointed that she even agreed to be Trump's DNI, but she did tell the truth about Iran's nuclear (Not) program—although the President did not believe her. She was let go for competence, not incompetence (in this clown show, incompetence is a qualification).

I regularly email both Scott and Moody. My last one simply said, “SHAME.” I had put money into Vindman’s campaign, but now hope that Angie Nixon whoops Ashley.
