So SCOTUS should not take the case since federal elections are not one of the Executive branch's enumerated powers, correct? The manner and administration of federal elections is determined by the states. Right? Isn't that kind of what they said for the Mississippi case where they allowed ballots arriving after election day but postmarked before election day?
Another thing? Supreme Court allowed him to end TPS. I see why he bankrupts businesses. Does he realize the amount of money it costs to deport them and the amount that won’t go into this economy from them working. A President with no brain.
While I fill out my mail in ballot in Fl he can keep trying. Make sure they tell the Supreme Court he, himself, voted by mail the stupid hypocrite. All this he’s doing is cutting off his nose to spite his face. He forgets republicans vote too. I hope it backfires.
Perhaps this is a question better suited for Miss Mingo. Does this case fall into the queue along with Trump’s case that E Jean Carroll should give back the $5.6M? Can all of his ridiculous re-litigation attempts be handled together with the long-standing “no-takesies no-backsies” precedent?
Every county in Florida seems to handle elections differently. In Duval County, you can take your completed mail-in ballot and drop it in a special box at all early voting locations during the time when people can vote. Perhaps your county has a similar setup.
In Sarasota, we have taken our mail-in ballots to secure drop offs that have two poll workers there to check that signatures, etc are correct before you drop them in. These sites have been at local library branches in the last few years so it’s a lovely added benefit that I can look for new books, or pick up hold books, at the same time.

Yes, yes and yes!
Donald Trump hates anything he can’t control.
