Gunshine and FloriDUH—what a combo. The Florida Supreme Court is bought and sold just like the US Supreme Court. These justices are all cut from the same cloth. I hope that businesses, colleges, universities, and anyone else, except Publix, who doesn't want guns are still able to enforce their own bans.

Let’s watch the murder rate climb! I will never understand American’s love of guns and think the only right bestowed by the Second Amendment was the right to muskets in unlawful times, not applicable in today’s society. Anyway, giving the most volatile age group, especially testosterone loaded young men, the right to wear a weapon hidden from view is insane!

Regarding the Miami Herald piece linked to: Then why do out-of-state students pay much higher tuition rates in Fla.? The article states that the Supreme Court said that was illegal. (This is related to the Constitutionality of the property tax amendment.)
