I too hold dual citizenship in the United States of America and ( hopefully very temporarily) along the Eastern coast of Florida. Thank you for providing concise reporting of happenings in the Sunshine State & beyond. Since I no longer watch the news, I receive my updates from the NYT, vetted Comedy Central snippets and well meaning friends.
I’ve been particularly anxious by the recent suggestion that Iran decimate two American cities. It is this consistent irresponsible rhetoric which has placed citizens worldwide on high alert. Sadly, the Cabinet and Congress remain silent. Not only does the Emperor have no clothes, the tailor has closed shop.
On my way to the office, I pass Mar-a-Lago when I’m in Palm Beach. After the shocking announcement regarding California, I clocked the drive from my place of business to the pink Winter White House. It’s beyond scary to think of the seven minute proximity.
My mail-in ballot arrived last week and ready to drop off in the locked container at my polling place. A tip of the hat to the Palm Beach County Board of Elections for their superb customer service and online tracking system.
By the way, the lamp from A Christmas Story in your office is very cool. As for pink and green, have you not heard it’s Lily Pulitzer’s signature combo?
