Thank you for the clarification of the mail-in ballot on Election Day. I'm surprised there isn't an amendment by voters who aren't Democrat or Republican to stop spending their tax dollars on the primary election! If you really want to get an idea of just how uninformed some Floridians are, just read some of the Nextdoor comments!

You cannot drop off a mail in ballot at your precinct on Election Day. You can drop off only at an early voting site during early voting or at the supervisor of elections office.

On Election Day you can take your mail in ballot to your local polling place and surrender it and be given an actual ballot or, as you pointed out, take it to the SOE's office.
I have done so. You can, as I understand it, take your mail-in ballot to your local polling place on Election Day, but they will exchange it for a regular ballot. I will include a reminder of this on Tuesday as well. Thank you.
That bell curve graph is WAY out of scale. The 68% in the middle should be much bigger. Images are more important than words or numbers. The picture is just wrong. Fix it
You are essentially correct. The center of the illustration seems to be trying to represent plus and minus one standard deviation from the mean, which is actually 68.26%. The captions about "expectations" are value statements. This is the attempted use of science for a political agenda, which is wrong, even when it is entertaining.
