The obvious workaround is not to criticize any of the practices of industrial agriculture as criticism implies the possibility of reform. Industrial agriculture as practiced is not reformable and in a sane world would not even exist as currently practiced. Rather, the way forward is to extoll the benefits of organic, sustainable, pesticide-free farming and gardening practices and produce without ever mentioning the conventional products.
It really is true that the inmates are running the asylum... Insanity and cruelty seem to be the norm today... We really do have to gear up for this incredibly chaotic ride...
In a legislature that is predominately lawyers, they have no problem creating laws that will not only protect big business but enrich the wallets of their fellow lawyers.
So much for free speech? Say what you want but not about issues involving vegetables…hilarious…people with no brains have too much power.
If enacted, this law would appear to be in direct violation of the First Amendment and thus unlikely to stand.
Do not try to sugar coat an asinine Nazi legislator.
When I was growing up we learned to say “sugar” instead of another curse word (short for cow manure) for nasty things. If I understand the potential

Pretty incredible….as they say, watch this space…
To make this into law, wouldn't it violate the Constitution? Or what's left of it...dripping sarcasm here. Also, Free State of Florida??? PFFFTT...
